blender-ogrexml software package provides Blender Exporter for OGRE, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install blender-ogrexml
blender-ogrexml is installed in your system.
Make ensure the blender-ogrexml package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep blender-ogrexml *
You will get with blender-ogrexml package name, version, architecture and description in a table
